Indonesian Diaspora in Middle East Supports Prabowo

President Prabowo Subianto’s recent visit to Middle Eastern countries such as Turkey, Qatar, and Egypt in early April 2025 has sparked optimism and high hopes among members of the Indonesian diaspora, particularly students. Indonesian expatriates in Turkey, represented by Maulidya Nur Islami, expressed pride and joy at the President’s visit, seeing it as a promising moment for both nations. Moreover, Muhammad Munirudin and Muhammad Syarif were grateful for Prabowo’s personal attention and direct interaction with them during the visit, anticipating that the meeting between the Indonesian and Turkish presidents will enhance future collaboration. In Qatar, Rifki Nur Muzaki conveyed excitement on behalf of the Indonesian community, believing that Prabowo’s visit will motivate them to continue bringing honor to Indonesia. Additionally, the Indonesian diaspora in Egypt welcomed Prabowo’s visit with open arms, confident that it will positively impact educational opportunities for Indonesian students in the country. Overall, members of the diaspora in these nations offered prayers and good wishes for Prabowo as he embarks on his leadership journey. Since April 9, President Prabowo has been conducting official visits to various Middle Eastern countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Qatar, and Egypt.
