Real estate branded car manufacturers are a rapidly growing business. Aston Martin and Porsche have skyscrapers in Miami, soon to be followed by Bentley, Mercedes-Benz, and Pagani. Meanwhile, Bugatti is building a 171-story tower in Dubai. And soon, Brabus will not only have one skyscraper but also a stunning island.
Located in the heart of Abu Dhabi in the Al Seef District, Brabus Island looks like a beautiful weekend retreat for your favorite super villains. The initial renderings show a vast property spanning over 1 million square feet, just minutes from Zayed International Airport and downtown Abu Dhabi, and less than an hour from Dubai.
The renderings depict four large skyscrapers near the center of the island, which is home to townhouses and apartments. Each tower houses up to 350 luxurious apartments and townhouses ranging from two to four bedrooms, with sizes ranging from 1,100 to 5,000 square feet.
The towers are intended to embody the “unmistakable design philosophy of Brabus,” although they look like other modern skyscrapers with scattered Brabus logos. They are surrounded by 100 single-family “villas,” all located on the waterfront or beach.
The residential properties take a minimalist approach, with three appealing color schemes to choose from: Black and Bold, White Bliss, and Grey Haven. Brabus says that you can further customize the interior with different materials and textures as you would on a “bespoke” supercar.
“Brabus Island is an extraordinary milestone and a logical evolution,” said Brabus CEO, Constantin Buschmann. “For almost five decades, Brabus has created products that move people – emotionally, visually, and physically. But this is different. Now, for the first time, we are not only designing vehicles for a lifestyle – we are designing the lifestyle itself. Brabus Island is an exciting and highly significant design opportunity, and Abu Dhabi is the perfect place for it.”
Brabus has not disclosed when construction will begin or the pricing of each unit.
